CALDER QUICKSET™ Safety Relief Valve Testers can perform safety relief valve tests with unsurpassed quality and ease of use. The QUICKSET ™ is a best-in-class, compact and modular SRV tester with a robust skid-mounted frame providing mobility and industry-leading value used to test, certify and set gas safety relief valves, liquid pressure relief valves & vacuum breather valves according to major testing standards.

Configurable pressure vessel options are available for different test vessel sizes. With various size seal plate inlets available and an unmatched range of standard accessories, operators can customize and upgrade the system as the scope of work changes.
Unique high flow design allows for free flow of air or water from the vessel to the valve being tested, providing a cushion of air or water under the valve seat to reduce seat damage and improve process reliability.
Corrosion-resistant clamp provides durable clamping while ensuring less maintenance in the future, providing the longevity and uptime of the machine.
SMARTEST™ intelligent data acquisition system (DAAS) digitally indicates while recording tests for both seat leakage and set pressure providing auto pass / fail with the software & integrated digital bubble counter according to most industry standards, including API 527.

Hydraulic clamping with configurable tonnage and size options, conveniently located next to the clamp fixture for quick and secure valve positioning, designed to expedite testing times.
Test control panel separated by a splash shield mitigates operator risk.
Viewing window allows observation of the valve during the testing process.
Intuitive control panel layout makes performing a test procedure efficient and easy for the operator, reducing overall testing times.
Safety light indicating system ensures the operator holds the pressure enabling button when increasing pressure.
Extensive operating manual contains easy-to-follow tips and includes step-by-step setup instructions for various valve testing operations.
Only shop air is required for clamping and interlock functionality. The interlock system runs independently without PC and software reliance.
