CALDER First Class all the Way!

Ferguson searched and researched for an “Elite” valve test stand. We were very interested in the Calder/Climax brand but had MANY questions to be answered before a possible purchase. From Day 1, Inside Sales (Tom Jones) did a phenomenal job orchestrating meetings and emails to answer all our questions. When he did not know the answer to our questions, he NEVER “winged it.” He got Clark Turner involved, and he as well did a stellar job with answering our needs. We chose Calder/Climax as the one we wanted to invest in because of what we learned and how their customer service responded. Made in the USA was a bonus, and the craftsmanship showed a great deal of intricacy when looked at. Now this is NOT a cheap system, but I always say you get what you pay for. This stand does it all and also can be added to, and all come from the same source. When it was time for training, Mr. Clark Turner showed up for our two-day training, and he was absolutely TOP-SHELF. We hope to add some more of these throughout the company as we have nothing but good to say about this purchase, and the support is king.
