The guards keep the user hands out of the internal components like rollers, belts, and pullies. It’s easy to set up and level the machine with the leveling feet and jaws. The trippers can switch you from a fine almost mirror finish, with one tripper, to a phonographic finish by just flipping up all four trippers. These machines hold tight tolerances with relative ease, and the fact that the machine can be set up to run hands-free is an awesome feature.
