The E-Z FAB is a revolutionary new pipe cutting and beveling system designed for high-speed process environments. With a cutting range of 2″ to 16″ O.D. (60 mm to 420 mm), it is ideally suited, but not limited, to workshops and high-productivity applications.
Featuring a unique touch screen NC servo electric drive, the E-Z FAB combines accuracy with safety, offering several automation modes to suit a variety of operational needs. Capable of cutting any material and fully customisable to your requirements, it delivers flexibility without compromising performance. Unlike traditional clamshell split frame machines, the E-Z FAB’s one-piece rotating inner ring is housed within a cast outer body, ensuring exceptional strength, rigidity, and speed. Driven by a powerful 1.5 kW servo electric motor, the system maintains high-speed rotation while delivering a stable, precise cut every time.
