A Brunson system designed for the CLIMAX BB5000 Line Boring Machine aligns 2.25-inch bearings over distances from 2 to 30 ft (609.6–9144 mm), allowing multiple-bearing alignment, bar sag compensation, or elimination of long bars without sacrificing accuracy. The Brunson Model 545 and Model 810 also provide precise alignment for many other CLIMAX machines in the field.
