Congratulations to Jason Harris and Blue Ridge Industrial out of Gillette, Wyoming, for this great application featuring the CLIMAX CM6200 Circular Mill. Blue Ridge Industrial fabricated special mounts to use the CM6200 to mill the upper and lower rail pads on a Caterpillar 7495 Shovel in Robinson, Nevada. The alignment had to be concentric and perpendicular to the center pin bore. BRI used a FARO laser tracker to shoot the mill into the tight tolerances. Excellent work!
