Machining of 36″ bronze flanges on a new feedwater heater prior to installation at an east coast nuclear power station. Flanges were found to be out of the flatness tolerance provided by the utilities engineers. United Services Group was called and successfully machined (4) 36″ flanges back within tolerance within the given timeline by the utility.
